You can claim a free 2 year old place for your child if you receive one or more of the following:
Income Support
Income Based Jobseekers Allowance
Income related employment and support allowance
Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
The guarantee element of State Pension Credit
Child Tax Credit, provided you are not entitled to Working Tax Credit and your annual household income is less than £16,191 (as assessed by HM Revenue & Customs).

You must apply directly to Kirklees to claim funding for a 2 year old. More information can be found on the Kirklees website.
