Review of Week beginning 23rd September

We have been continuing on our theme of 'Superheroes' and read the story Supertato. The children then sequenced some pictures from the story and then placed them on a storymap which they used to retell the story. The children were then able to practise their writing skills by writing an introduction to the story.

Maths

This week the children have been practising writing numbers in their written form to 100! 

Curriculum

We have been learning about life cycles in science and learning about which offspring come from which parent animals.

We have also been voting for our class councillors and these will be revealed next week!

In Geography the children have been learning about where they live and locating it on a map of the UK.
